Move the ChatFCP app to your Applications folder and run it to make Final Cut Pro recognize the app’s workflow extension.
The websites popup menu has some suggested AI sites, but you can change these:
- Type in a new domain name and press Return. The new website will be added to the popup menu.
- Click the Remove button to remove the selected website from the popup menu.
- Choose a website you want to load by default in the ChatFCP workflow extension in Final Cut Pro.
Run Final Cut Pro and choose Window > Extensions > ChatFCP (or choose ChatFCP from the extension button’s menu). Your chosen website will load into the floating workflow extension window in Final Cut Pro.
Your other websites are available in the popup menu. Choose a different website from the popup menu and it will load into the workflow extension window. The chosen website will also be loaded the next time you open the workflow extension.
The workflow extension window can be repositioned, resized, and saved as part of a Final Cut Pro workspace layout:
- Choose Window > Workspaces > Save Workspace as…
- Name the workspace and click the Save button.
The new workspace can then be chosen from the Window > Workspaces submenu.
